Taco Bell
Taco Bell's new Crispy Chicken Sandwich Taco is "not quite a sandwich, not quite a taco."
The taco features all-white meat crispy chicken marinated in jalapeño buttermilk, seasoned with Mexican spices and rolled in a crunchy tortilla chip coating. The chicken is served on a warm flatbread folded into a taco form and flavored with Taco Bell's creamy chipotle sauce. The taco may be ordered regular or spicy with the addition of crunchy jalapeño slices.

Taco Bell has expanded its breakfast menu. The new Cinnabon Delights Coffee is made with coffee, blended with cream and has a Cinnabon cinnamon flavor.
KFC
KFC and Beyond Meat have released Beyond Fried Chicken nationwide.
KFC introduced its first version of Beyond Fried Chicken in August 2022 as the first quick-service restaurant to offer a plant-based chicken alternative. The original test ran in Atlanta, where stores sold out of product in less than five hours. In 2020, more restaurants in Nashville, Tenn., and Charlotte, NC, tested the product followed by some restaurants in Southern California.
Beyond Fried Chicken is served with a choice of KFC dipping sauce — honey barbecue, ranch, honey mustard and KFC sauce.
Pizza Hut
Pizza Hut and Beyond Meat partnered to debut the Pizza Hut Beyond Pepperoni Pizza, a plant-based version of the popular pizza topping that marks a first for both brands.
Co-developed by Beyond Meat and Pizza Hut's culinary teams, Beyond Pepperoni is made from plant-based ingredients, including peas and rice.
"We're confident fans will love Beyond Pepperoni as it delivers the crisped edges and savory flavor profile of Pizza Hut's classic pepperoni with the added benefits of plant-based meat," said Dariush Ajami, chief innovation officer at Beyond Meat.

The company also has introduced the Cherry Sunrise Freeze, which swirls in wild cherry, pineapple and orange flavors.
KFC
KFC Canada launched its newest spicy sandwich: the Kentucky Scorcher. With every purchase of the new sandwich, KFC Canada is offering free milk with every purchase while the supplies last.
The sandwich is made with thick-cut Canadian chicken breast, covered with Scorcher sauce and spicy mayo, topped with crunchy pickles, all on a toasted bun.
The sauce reaches a Scoville level of 13,500, which is more than double that of Tabasco sauce, according to the company.
"Spicy offerings these days are made for the masses and lack the intensity Canadians are craving, so we set out to create a sandwich that truly delivers on heat," said Ira Dubinsky, brand and innovation director at KFC Canada.
"We tested dozens of hot sauces and peppers to ensure a balanced combination of spice and flavor, and the Scorcher sauce brought tears to our eyes. This chicken is not for chickens — we've got the milk in case you need it."
Pizza Hut
Pizza Hut expanded its Lover's pizza line with the Spicy Lover's Pizza.
The new flavor features a spicy marinara sauce that provides a touch of heat and sweetness and sliced red chilis and Fiery Flakes made from a custom blend of herbs and crushed red peppers, said the company.
The Spicy Lover's comes in three varieties: Spicy Double Pepperoni, Spicy Hawaiian Chicken and Spicy Veggie.

Taco Bell teamed up with Truff, a truffle hot sauce brand to test new Loaded Truff Nacho Fries and Loaded Truff Fries Burrito.
The two new menu items feature a combination of Taco Bell's nacho cheese sauce and Truff's blend of black trffles and red chili peppers.
The Loaded Truff Nacho Fries feature seasoned fries topped with steak, Truff nacho cheese sauce. Shredded cheddar cheese, tomato and reduced-fat sour cream.
The Loaded Truff Fries Burrito includes seasoned fries, Truff nacho cheese sauce. Shredded cheddar cheese, tomato and reduced-fat sour cream wrapped in a warm tortilla.

Taco Bell debuted Loaded Taco Fries, which feature seasoned beef, iceberg lettuce, shredded cheddar cheese, nacho cheese, crispy-fried tortilla strips, spicy ranch sauce and tomatoes.
Along with the fries, it added a Loaded Taco Fries Burrito to the menu, which features Nacho Fries, seasoned beef, iceberg lettuce, shredded cheddar cheese, nacho cheese, crispy-fried tortilla strips, spicy ranch sauce and tomatoes all wrapped in a warm flour tortilla.
